The cardboard used to build, but now I'm just not the time to cut, mark, cut back to a crate Pepsi, etc. Is it good, but quick way to build a fingerboard park?

Knives and scissors.
Manufacture of cement, in a frame, bring the form to smooth out and let it dry. But do not put a lot of cement or the park would be too heavy to bear.
